The order process is EASY: 5 SIMPLE STEPS

INDIVIDUAL ORDER PRE SALES

NO upfront costs (no risk, order only what your supporters order)

  1. Order a sample pack online and review our quality products
  2. Agree with your group to use Fundraiser First Aid products.
  3. The fundraising coordinator sends ‘members’ of the group an Individual Order Form with a note about the fundraiser to collect orders from your supporters (friends, colleagues, local retailers, neighbours and family)
  4. Allow three weeks for orders to come back to you and collate the orders and reconcile funds.
  5. Place your group order online and select direct deposit, send cheque or pay via PayPal. If you are not able to pay online, send your Group Order Form via fax or post (as indicated on the form) along with your cheque payment.

Once payment is received, the order will be picked, packed and delivered within 5-14 days depending on method of order placement, payment preference and delivery location.

BULK GROUP ORDERS

Up front cost (this works well for fete’s, stalls and gifts)

  1. Order a sample pack and review our quality products
  2. Agree with your group to use Fundraiser First Aid products.
  3. Fundraising coordinator places a group order from the Fundraiser First Aid website and an invoice will be issued and payment can be processed immediately by direct deposit, send cheque or pay via PayPal. If you are not able to pay online, send your Group Order Form via fax or post (as indicated on the form) along with your cheque payment.
  4. Once payment is received, the order will be picked, packed and delivered within 5-14 days depending on method of order placement, payment preference and delivery location.
  5. If you have ordered more than you sell, stock can be returned with a set of conditions that ensure the quality and safety of our stock.

RETURNS conditions: Fundraiser First Aid will send a credit for the returned unopened and undamaged items, less the original freight cost and a 10% restocking fee. For example, if $200 worth of stock is returned from a regional area from an original order of $450 – and the cost of freight was $30 – the credit will be $200 less 10% ($20) and less freight ($30) = $150.

FREIGHT CHARGES – The freight cost will be added to the invoice.

  • NSW, VIC, QLD & ACT ‐ $0.00‐249 = $25.00 per delivery, $250‐499.00 = $30.00 per delivery, $500‐749.00 = $35.00 per delivery. Orders over $750.00 are freight Free!
  • WA, SA, NT & TAS ‐ $0.00‐249.00 = $30.00 per delivery. $250‐499.00 = $35.00 per delivery, $500‐749.00 = $40.00 per delivery. Order over $750.00 are Freight Free!

SAMPLE PACKS - Order sample packs

Fundraiser First Aid has several options for samples. These are ideal for a committee submission to determine the quality of our products and to show the products to supporters prior to purchasing. Provided the samples have not been opened, they can be sold as part of the fundraiser or used internally by the organisation running the fundraiser – please note samples are non-returnable.
