Fundraiser First Aid – Delivery Policy

This delivery policy sets out how Fundraiser First Aid provides delivery Australia wide when using this website.


FREIGHT CHARGES – The freight cost will be added to the invoice.

NSW, VIC, QLD & ACT ‐ $0.00‐249 = $25.00 per delivery, $250‐499.00 = $30.00 per delivery, $500‐749.00 = $35.00 per delivery. Orders over $750.00 are freight Free!

WA, SA, NT & TAS ‐ $0.00‐249.00 = $30.00 per delivery. $250‐499.00 = $35.00 per delivery, $500‐749.00 = $40.00 per delivery. Order over $750.00 are Freight Free!

Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday. Purchases made on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays will be processed on the next possible business day.

During peak times and sale periods please allow some more time for your order to be processed.

Delivery within Australian metropolitan areas will usually arrive within 10 business days of being dispatched, as per the Australia Post website. For regional areas, delivery may take a little longer.

Fundraiser First Aid recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your place of employment. Post Office Boxes can be used only for Sample or small orders. Lost or stolen goods provide with a leave in safe place request or posted items not collected are not covered by insurance. Fundraiser First Aid is not responsible for stolen or lost parcels.
